LEGAL NOTICE FOR VISITORS - PROFESSIONAL MEETING POINT
In compliance with personal data protection laws (LOPD 15/1999 and LSSI-CE 34/2002), trade visitors expressly and unequivocally authorise IFEMA to incorporate the personal and professional information they voluntarily provide, including e-mail addresses, in an automated data processing system that belongs to and is managed by IFEMA, as well as to publish this information throughout the expressed period at the Professional Meeting Point located on the Exhibition's website, with access restricted solely to Exhibitors.
Upon submitting information to the organisation, Visitors expressly and unequivocally authorise the Fairīs Exhibitors to send, where appropriate, informative or promotional correspondence relative to their contents, products and/or services, with special reference to those presented at the Fair. This correspondence may be sent to any of the addresses indicated by the Visitor, including their e-mail addresses.
This authorisation is made extensive to IFEMA, who may submit information on the trade fair activities - i.e. activities, contents and services - that it develops through its own organisation or by way of third-party companies.
IFEMA also informs registered Visitors that they have the right to access, rectify, oppose or cancel their information published in the Fair's Professional Meeting Point at any time by sending an e-mail to protecciondedatos@ifema.es, referring in the subject field to "Professional Meeting Point" and the exhibition in which they have registered. Such requests will be attended to in the 10-day period subsequent to their reception and will only come into effect at that time.
IFEMA may not be held accountable for the inadequate use of Visitor information by third parties, as such information is totally beyond the Institution's scope of responsibility.
Subsequent to acceptance, trade visitors may register and validate the required information.
Lastly, users will receive confirmation of their registration at the PMP with an indication of the compulsory details they provided and the legal conditions that are applicable to the service.
